Dear friends,

          I possess Masters degree in Forestry, Wildlife & Environmental Sc. from Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur (CG). I wish to join my career as a Scientist and serve the forests.

          Working as Block Project Manager with JEEViKA and posted at Rajauli (Nawada) in Bihar. I am working for Livelihood generation among poor.

 

         I am  Ph.D. from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun. I have done all my research work relating to my Ph.D. from Institute of Forest Productivity - Ranchi. Its an Indian Council of Forest Research & Education (ICFRE) research centre (Govt. of India). I have over worked with Indian Council of Forestry Research & Education as Senior Project Associate for more than 6 years at Patna centre on Poplar based Agroforestry. I have worked as Research Associate at ICAR Headquarters for Eastern Region, Patna under NAIP project..

           I have done my schooling from D.A.V Public School, Bokaro. It is the biggest school of Bokaro. I have studied there from class Prep to Twelveth. It was a nice school and I enjoyed much. I had taken Biology at my Intermediate level. At school I learned Clay-modeling and electronics. I participated in Physics and Electronics exhibitions at school and district level.

        I have done my Graduation from St. Columba's College. It is the most reputed college of Jharkhand state. It is 105 years old and has a very beautiful campus having all modern facility. It is situated on NH-33 just 2 Km. from Hazaribag.   I have passed my graduation with Zoology (H) with a very good rank in my University. My College life was very good. I joined the hostel in my college. All the rooms were single seated and the hostel was a part of the college building. It was so exiting ! I also joined NSS at my college level. I became "Group Leader" in my final year of graduation. I also participated in a lot of cultural and social activities during my college days.

      After my graduation I joined Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur(C.G.) in M.Sc. Forestry, Wildlife & Environmental Sc. I was much interested in forest and wildlife since childhood.  University is situated on Bilaspur-Korba road. It is 8 Km. from Bilaspur. Whole campus is densely covered with trees. The university campus consists of all departments, hostels, staff quarters, guest house, bank, post office etc. Doing Forestry is a great experience. There are lots of tours arranged every semester and a lot of work to do in the Forests. Actually in Forestry we are taught how to get maximum produce from the forest without the site determination... This study was really very interesting. One gets benefit to always live with the nature.. I enjoyed much here at the hostel and my department.

            I have a keen interest in Photography. I am much interested in it. I had started photography in the year 1993 when I was in class 10th. My photography guru was Mr. Gua Thakur. He taught me the basics of Photography. During my graduation in St Columba's College-Hazaribag I took the photography very seriously. I learnt a lot about Micro and Macro Photography. But actually I am much interested in Landscape and Nature Photography. As Photography is a very costly hobby I used to take photographs in marriage parties. From the second year of my graduation I got the chance for the Micro Photography for the Ph.D students. This solved my money problem.

         I love fun.. I love smiles on the faces.. I am charming and naughty boy. And my slogan "Mera Jadoo Chalta hai.. har kahi aur humeshaa". I love Old Film songs, love to watch news channel and Discovery.. Gardening is also one of my hobby and I love flowers and forest.

         I got married with Namrta Sinha on 22nd November 2004.  She is a Very loving and caring wife. She has done B.Sc (H) in Zoology..

        Constructed my sweet home at NOBA Nagar, Anisabad, Patna. Sweet green home with full rainwater harvesting and sewerage water harvesting system. Fully equipped with 300 W Solar generation capacity. It has fountain, terrace garden. 

         My Son Abhigyan was born on 21st November 2005. My daughter Anusha was born on 27 August 2010. The life has just changed and now I feel I have every happiness in my life with my family.
